Wow....let me tell you, starting back on SB today after completely pigging out this past weekend ain't fun! I've been STARVING all afternoon and it seems like snacking continually. Updated my ticker to show a 9lb gain in the last couple of weeks....not proud of it, but might as well face the music.
B: egg beater mushroom and PS mozzerella omelet
2 slices turkey bacon
S: LS V8 juice
15 almonds
L: 3 lettuce wraps with 3oz turkey breast and 3 slices LF swiss
diet rite soda
S: Light N Fit yogurt
3 stalks celery with 4 Tbsp hummus
2 WW string cheese
17 slices turkey pepperoni
SF jello with FF whipped cream
D: chicken breast stuffed with spinach, FF feta, garlic
grilled peppers and onions
steamed broccoli
S: SFjello/FFyogurt dessert with FF whipped cream (later tonight)
1488 calories
Exercise: attended an hour long "Arthritis" aquatic class and 1/2 hour water walking

Exercise: Weedeated for about 15 min., 30 leg stretches
weird day for me: crazy at work, stress at office interpersonal stuff. Food wise, not any veggies, no fruit 1 hour wog before work 1 egg cream
1 hi pro cookie
L: 1 c hi pro soup + 1.5 svg pretzels (high pro)
small lemon protein bar Party at a bar: 1/2 c tortellini salad + 1/4 c chili + 1 svg tortilla chips + 1/4 c guacamole + 2 newcastle beers + 1 shot tequila Came home at 9:30, had 1 piece baked chicken breast
B: Coffee with 1/2&1/2 and a sugar packet, and a "top dog" breakfast sandwich (kaiser role with egg, tomato slice, and two slices of bacon) from the coffee shop. L: 1/2 peanut butter & jelly sandwich, one orange. D: hopefully a grilled chicken greek salad, because that's what I've been thinking about all day long!!
Completely bad day for me.
B- Yoplait thick and creamy light yogurt
L- taco salad and 2 tacos from Taco Bueno, I am such a bueno head, stay away from there
D-1 chicken breast and 3 tbls of white chili
not a good food day for me at all. But I will be better on the next day. That is how it goes sometimes!
