What did you eat today? 6/01
B: Kashi cherry dark chocolate granola bar, 2"x2" sq strawberry whipped cream dessert, 4oz choc milk
L: 3oz roast beef, 3 small pcs bacon, 1tbsp mashed potatoes, 1tsp white gravy, 1/2c green beans, 1 stuffed green pepper minus the pepper, 1 1"x2"pc meatloaf, 1c salad w/2tsp french dressing, 1/4**** cream w/ 10 mini marshmallows, 2tsp choc sauce, 1tsp chopped nuts, 2tsp crushed oreos
D: 1 cheddar brat, 1 ear corn (no butter), 1 small boiled potato (no butter or sr crm)
S: one bite chicken, 1 bite corn, 6oz choc mint "milk" (daughter tried for shakes and made then TOO thin)
Hi Beth! LOL..is that a buffet lunch I see up there? Way to hold back.
My day is lots better than yesterday:
1 egg cream ( 1 egg + 1.5 c nf milk + cocoa powder + 2 pkts splenda + 1/2 teas cinnamon)
Gardening: weeding, raking, hoeing for one hour
then....
Giant Bike Ride! 2.5 hours in lots of hills.
1 tiny meal bar
3 large celery + 2 tsp peanut butter + 1/2 c fresh raspberries from my yard
EDIT; SNAPPED while DH lagged in getting the grill going! Ate 1 svg all bran crackers with cheese spread + 1/2 c salsa + 1 svg tortilla chips. No beans after all with supper.
Supper: grilled 4 ounce hamburger w/bleu cheese + canned beans + couple baked onion rings
Definitely buffet lunch. I HATE buffets and this weekend I been faced with THREE!
I've not done well this weekend but I know tomorrow is another day and I can do much better. My exercise has been suffering ALL week. Seeing as it is almost 10:30 at this point, I will say tomorrow will be a new day and I KNOW I can do better.
BTW, send some of those raspberries my way...lol. They are soooo expensive to buy. I'll be blackberry hunting soon.

If you are they praying kind, please put me on your list. My eating it out of control right now. My life isn't balanced and I'm feeling lost. I feel like I can't stick to what I need to do and I want to change that thinking very badly. Today was another bad day and I've gained a pound nearly every day the past few days. I'm a long way from home. While I'm trying to enjoy this "once in a life time experience" of living in England all I really wanna do is get back home and get into my routine again.
well everyone did better than i did. seems i got off track A LOT this weekend. tomorrow will be a better day....b: egg ham 1 slice wheat toast L: short ribs(2) 1/2 grapefruit S:pop tarts x2 with 2% milk 1 cup D:1 pop tart w milk. BTW i've never tried Kashi's granola bar are they any good. My weak spot is chocolates and sweets any ideas on heathly alternatives?
Hello ladies. Today I was bad because I skipped all meals except dinner. I usually don't do that. I had round steak, 3 oz, brown ice with asparagus and mushrooms, and stuffed mushrooms with fat free cream cheese, spinach and fat free parmesean cheese. It was tasty!!!! I will do better tomorrow and get my meals in with snacks.
