What did you eat today? 5/31

B: 8oz ff sf yogurt, 1/2c trail mix L: Chinese buffet...focused on protein, veggies and fruits...1c salad w/ 2 tomato slices, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 crab rangoon, 7 peel and eat shrimp, approximately 1c assorted items, 2med pcs honeydew melon, 2 med pcs cantaloupe, 1 small pc watermelon, 5 small pineapple chunks S: kashi cherry dark chocolate chewy granola bar D: 2 mango flavored Sierra Mist, 2 chicken florentine crepes w/ hollandaise....ate about 6 full bites then ate the chicken, spinach and swiss cheese filling out of the rest Exercise: walked from the casino boat to the car and around the casino...nada other than that.

yesterday food was errrrr, not perfect, but the day before was awesome. traveled home yesterday from SoCal, so had a burger king stop. Both days, good exercise:  walk and swim at hotel. Onward for June 1!
