Breakfast
1 sprouted wheat bun with crunchy peanut butter
1 banana
1 cup vanilla light soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
2 medium whole wheat pita pockets
1 can vegetable soup
1 pkg. blueberries
5 veggie sausages
20 oz. water
Snack
1/2 dark chocolate bar with pecans & raisins (split with my husband)
A little bit of liquid wheat grass
Dinner
Leftover Nothing-To-It Chili with TVP
1/2 can pineapple chunks
1/8 serving cornbread with 1 tsp. vegan margarine
1-1/2 cups light vanilla soy milk
Evening Snack (at the movies)
Small bag popcorn split with my husband
1 16-oz bottle water
