Yeppers! I'm going to modify it a bit slightly. I am going to introduce some flax seed/whole grain flat outs in my breakfast. They're about 5g carbs each. This is per recommendation of my nutritionist but it's also a personal experiment to see how my body reacts to the grains. Currently my carbs are coming veggies, sunflower seeds and almonds. (aside from the occasional DQ blizzard)
