Bad week...
I've either undereaten or eaten wayyyyyyyy to many carbs compared to protein. I definitely haven't drank enough water this week and I KNOW I have had very little if any exercise. Soooo...I am going to finish off the last 10 of these pringles sitting here because they are sooooooo good (blazin buffalo wing) and I am going grocery shopping tomorrow for the good stuff. I couldn't shop the way I wanted to this week because of money and it has really had a bad effect on what I have eaten. Quick and easy is definitely NOT healthy and high pro.
Well, I went to TOPS tonight and have gained one pound. I'm not freaking because it is only one pound but I also know it has to be nipped in the bud before it becomes 2 then 3 then 4 and so on. Tomorrow is my doc appt to follow up physical therapy then to try to get going at the fitness center starting next week so maybe that'll help get me going in the right direction again.
I'm not discouraged just aggravated. Then again, it's like my hubby says, it is TOM for me so it could be gone just as fast next week. Meantime, more water, protein and exercise and less carbs. I also need to eat more period. This skipping meals and snacks stuff is for the birds.
