Abstinence - 51st Day
Yesterday I learned a valuable lesson. I can't believe any diet that claims you can eat as much as you want and still lose weight. Last night, I serviced spaghetti to me and my husband, and I really loaded up the plate, since it was "healthy whole grain spaghetti" after all. What happened was quite predictable. Since we're both obese for a reason, we ate until we were stuffed, of course. I have to remember that I am a recovering compulsive overeater, who needs to weigh and measure her food, so I can eat what I need, not what I want! A valuable lesson learned.
