B: 1/4 kashi bar, 1 fried egg, 1/2c fried potatoes, 3 pc bacon, 1pc ww toast w/ butter L: 1 bite plum, meat/cheese stick combo, 3 small 2"x3" pc watermelon S: 1pkg peanut butter crackers (200 cal) D: hot ham and cheese, handful chips S: 1/2 100 cal pack teriyaki turkey jerky, 1c kashi go lean cereal (dry) no exercise
