Breakfast
4 buckwheat pancakes with molasses and light syrup
5 veggie links, browned
1 cup apple juice
1 cup soy milk
1 cup hazelnut coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch (at Big Boy Restaurant)
Salad with cucumbers, beets, chickpeas, cole slaw, three-bean salad, cherry tomatoes, etc. with raspberry vineagrette
Fruit plate with cantaloupe, honey dew melon, and fresh pineapple chunks
Bowl of cabbage soup
Raspberry ice tea
Dinner
Browned tempeh (in peanut oil, minced garlic, and coriander)
Mashed potatoes with soy milk and margarine
Unsweetened applesauce
1 small box raisins
1-1/2 cups chocolate (cocoa) soy milk
I've noticed a few changes. I wake up at around 4:00 in the morning, ready to pray, then to get up. No more grogginess! My stool doesn't smell bad any more. My foods taste better, somehow. That is all, besides losing three pounds already. I'll weigh myself next in the early morning on June 1, 2008.
