Breakfast 1 peanut butter and sugar-free apricot jam sandwich on sprouted wheat bun 1 banana 1 cup soy milk 1 cup hazelnut coffee 20 oz water Lunch 1 peanut butter and sugar-free apricot jam sandwich on sprouted wheat bun 1 can vegetable soup 1 small box raisins 20 oz. water Dinner 1-1/4 cups Nothing-To-It Chili Cornbread 1/2 can light fruit ****tail 1-1/2 cups soy milk Evening Snack Popcorn Prunes 20 oz. water Last night, I made Spaghetti Supreme sauce, using my mom's recipe with TVP instead of meat (TVP is textured vegetable protein).  It turned out fantastic!  It was so much like ground meat, that my cats were even fooled! I actually love tvp. How do you feel with your plan? Do you perceive hunger? If so, try adding in plenty of fats, olive, all nut oils, etc.  Fat will help bring up satiety. That is what i neglecetd when I ate veg. Of course, i did eat some animal product:  cheeses, buter, milk and occasional fish.
