1-1/4 cups Nothing-To-It Chili

1/2 can light fruit ****tail
1-1/2 cups soy milk
Evening Snack
Popcorn
Prunes

Last night, I made Spaghetti Supreme sauce, using my mom's recipe with TVP instead of meat (TVP is textured vegetable protein). It turned out fantastic! It was so much like ground meat, that my cats were even fooled!
