Abstinence - 46th Day
This morning I weighed myself, and I have lost three pounds since the last time I did! This is the first time I've started losing again in a couple months, and I'm so thrilled! The Vegan Diet really works, and I've been on it less than a week!
Breakfast
1 orange
1 cup Puffed Kashi cereal (several grains)
1 cup soy milk
1 cup coffee
20 oz. water
Lunch
Salad, with Italian lettuces, chickpeas, raisins, mushrooms, baby carrots, and ranch dressing
1 can vegetable soup
1 pear
2 peanut butter and sugar-free apricot jam sandwiches on 12-grain bread
20 oz. water
Dinner
Spaghetti Supreme sauce, with textured vegetable protein (TVP) instead of hamburger
Whole wheat spaghetti
1 can vegetable soup
Grapes
Chocolate light soy milk
