S: 5 TGIF potato skin chips
L: 2oz chicken breast, 1/2c mac and cheese w/ tuna
S: grilled chicken wrap and 8 onion rings
D: 2oz chicken breast, 1/4c potatoes, 1/4c sauerkraut
S: 1 Nature Valley peanut butter granola bars
Exercise: Worked up a sweat and wore my legs out at PT this morning.
My physical therapist is recommending to my doctor that I join the local health club. He is also going to schedule two more visits with me but they will be at the health club so he can discuss my needs with the instructor there and go thru some of the machines, etc. with me so I can continue on a positive road.
WOOHOOO! I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 2 more pounds so I am now down 49 pounds!!!! Only one more to my first mini goal!

What happens when you skip meals is that your metabolism will slow down and everytime you eat it will store it for 'later'.
B: weetbix with skim milk and handful sultanas
S: apple
L: steamed veggies, chicken lunch meat, lettuce tomato and a slice of mulitgrain toast.
D: grilled chicken breast, corn on cob, broccoli, carrots, pureed cauliflower
S: rice crackers and salsa

Mine:
45 minute wog before work
1 whey protein pdr + 1 tsp psyllium + 1/c diluted nf milk
couple hours later 1 tiny meal bar
L: 1/2 c refried beans + 1/2 oz cheese + 1 svg chips + 1/4 c salsa
1 small protein bar
Supper at Cattlemans: 1 filet mignon + 1/2 extremely large baker + 1/4 c beans + 1 small salad w/bleu cheese + 1 small end bread + 3 gin club soda
