I had whey pdr + nf milk + 1 tsp psyllium + 1 c fresh strawberries 1 tsp pb on 1 slice ezeke bread 1 hb egg about 1:30:  1/2 c refried beans + 1/2 oz cheese + 1/2 svg tortilla chips + 1/4 c salsa 1 small protein bar

45 minute wog

Supper:  1 c scallop potatoes + 2 ounce ham + 2 c cabbage/green beans + bleu cheese dressing + 1 rye slice

B: small 99 cent bag of cashews L: 1/2c ff refried beans, 1/4c shredded cheese, 1tbsp lf sour cream, 1tbsp salsa D: small dbl bacon cheese burger at Hardee's...their 2 for $3 special  S: 1.7oz unsalted trail mix Exercise: I wanted to walk so bad today and couldn't find any dang time. I feel so sad about it.
