I had whey pdr + nf milk + 1 tsp psyllium + 1 c fresh strawberries 1 tsp pb on 1 slice ezeke bread 1 hb egg about 1:30: 1/2 c refried beans + 1/2 oz cheese + 1/2 svg tortilla chips + 1/4 c salsa 1 small protein bar
45 minute wog
Supper: 1 c scallop potatoes + 2 ounce ham + 2 c cabbage/green beans + bleu cheese dressing + 1 rye slice
