Small Achievements
So far I've lost 15 lbs since April 11th through Weigh****chers. Things that I have accomplished since I started:
1. Have only had 1 coke
2. Haven't touched anything from McDonald's
3. Incorporated exercise into my daily routing (alternating cardio days and strength training days)
4. Cooked a healthy meal 6 out of 7 nights of the week ( 1 night a week I usually do Subway or Quizno's)
5. Finally got my mind right (and now my body will follow :) )
6. Started a reward system (that isn't based on food!) 10 lbs down and I got a new haircut , 5 more pounds and I get my nails done, etc....
