B: Skipped L: Skipped S: 2 granola bars D: Skipping S: Cookies (3) - Again, I just don't feel like eating.

B:   3 slices turkey bacon S:   2 PS string cheese L:  Ruby Tuesday's....large salad with mushrooms, carrots, egg, sunflower seeds, craisins, LF balsamic dressing       1 T potato salad       1 T broccoli salad       1 T waldorf salad       garlic bread S:   McDonald's ice cream cone D:  Don't have a clue....probably a can of WW soup cause I'm too tired to do anything else Took my mom to MD and shopping from 10-4 today; got home and trimmed all the bushes and I'm beat! No clue on calories today

GIRL!!! You gotta eat!!! About 45 gallons of Strawberry Crystal Light...but who's counting?!?  I just heard my dental hygenist faint (she keeps telling me to STOP DRINKING CL...I have obedience issues LOL) B- 2 Slices of Low Carb bread w/ Macadamia Cashew Butter & SF Jam, small galss of milk S- Some of those new Ranch peanuts YUMMO L- South Beach Diet Chicken & Broc S- 2 pcs of cheese D- Bowl of my Zuppa Cavolfiore (I will post the receipe on here shortly)

umm, that never freakin happens to moi - not eating?  waddya..nuts? My day:  25 minute wog before work (got up too late) 1 whey protein pdr + 2 tsp psyllium + diluted oj L:  1 c squash soup w/1/8 c wild rice + 1 fish taco + 1/2 c red grapes S:  1 banana S:  hi pro cereal + 1/2 c soy milk Dinner:  broccoli + beef + 1 c brown rice snappage after supper:  1 skinny cow + 1/4 **** cream + 1 ounce nuts + 2 sugar free cookies + 1 c nf ovaltine I can see now that I ate too little today.

B: about 15-20 almond nut-thin crackers (I lost count) L: 6-8oz meatloaf, 1/2pc white bread and 1/2c mashed potatoes w/ gravy, 4 crackers S: 1 small vanilla cone from Dairy Queen D: 1c shrimp stir-fry S: 1/2c ff refried beans, 1/8c shredded cheddar, 1tbsp lf sour cream, 1tbsp salsa Exercise: NOTTA
