Great recipe WW also low carb
Hi guys
I saw this recipe today in my ww program and will give it a try. i think it is also very good for the low-carbers amongst you, or am I wrong? (I do not know about carbs in cheese)
ingredients:
4 portions, 4,5 points per portion (based om comfort plus programme)
2 onions
2 portions of garlic (to taste)
parsley, pepper and salt to taste, pizza herbs
tartarmeat (very ultra lean minced beef) big portion to taste (this is one of the comfort plus meats, 3 points for a satisfying portion, no weighing)
tomatoes 4, 500 grams mushrooms, 1 leek
3 tablespoons bread crumbs, 2 spoons mustard to taste, 6 sppons of ketchup
2 eggs
120 grams of hard cheese, ultra lean 20+ cheese
slice onion, chop garlic and parsley. mix with meat, bread crumbs, eggs and mustard, season with pepper and salt
put on a baking tray on a non-stick baking paper
slice onions and tomatoes in thins pieces and top the meat base, als put rings of leek on top
sprinkle with grated cheese and pizza herbs
Let it sit in the oven at 180 degrees celcius for about 25 minutes
