What did you eat today? 5/19

B: nothing L: BIG sandwich...2sausage patties, 1 fried egg, 1 cheese slice, 1/2 tsp mustard on 2 slices wg bread S: frozen cappuccino from Quick Trip D: 2oz baked salmon, 1/2c broccoli in butter Hubby made me run to the convenience store for him at 1230 am! He was THIRSTY and water jsut wasn't going to do..WAAAHHHHH!! Ugh so anyway, small bag peanut m&m's, small bag reese's pieces, tic tacs....a good 500 calorie splurge. WEELLLL, I was doing really good today. SIGH! Exercise: frisbee with my niece and nephew Down another pound since Thursday for a total of 47 pounds to date. wOOt for me!
Well the day started out well enough.
Toast with vegemite and grilled cheese x2
Lunch: apple and a mandarin
Afternoon tea....
well
about 2 really generous handfuls of dried fruit and nut mix
then a yoghurt with cereal on it...
then had some extra cereal just cause I wanted it...
Then I had a HUGE serve of chicken veg soup and 2 slices of multigrain toast.
Then I ate a pikelet from the ones I made for the kids...
Went out... (lucky!)
Late home and made enchiladas with a bought BBQ chook
BUT while they cooked I ate another handful or 3 of fruit and nut mix
Enchiladas (1 1/2) served it with salad
Then had ANOTHER yoghurt with MORE cereal on top...
So I guess- my normal food but MORE of it. More carbs especially.
