Interesting Test
On another board I frequent, a group and I did an eating to BMR challenge. This very well proved the theory of eating more to lose (and why "diets" don't work).
In one week, those who had been stalled for 1-3 months lost on average 4lbs.
Great success and I'm so happy for each.
Sharing to encourage anyone struggling to really consider the amount of calories they eat and avoid ever going below their BMR.
Otherwise, I'm doing well...am in the 260s and progress is wonderful. Hope all are well.
