Okay....so back to being accountable.  Holly, aren't you proud of me? B:  cooked oat bran cereal       plain LF yogurt       blueberries L:  turkey chili S:  SF jello with FF whipped cream       handful walnuts D:  bunless turkey burger with sauteed mushrooms and salsa       Greek salad S:  FFyogurt/SFjello dessert with FF whipped cream 1216 calories

Hey Sherrie! I'm at 1404... I think. I may get back on here if I find out my numbers were a little off. I'm very happy with that number since tomorrow is official weigh in day for me!  Hope everyone has a great week.  edit 1464 : )

B: 1 biscuit, 1/2 c sausage gravy L: 6" subway club w/green pepper, black olives, extra pickles, pepperocini, tomato, lettuce, mayo Snacks: 4 oz cheddar cheese, 20 almond nut-thin crackers, 1 1/2 pc whole grain toast w/ 1 tbsp cream cheese and dried blueberries D: 1/2 serving chicken lunchmeat, 6 small pcs pepperoni, 1 cheese slice, 14 pringles, 2 reese's chocolate covered peanut butter cookies, 1/2 an apple/pear...strange little fruit but good Exercise: helped out in the yard but nothing strenuous or sweat breaking, bike rid 1/2 block, walking Wally World tonight with mom. This weekend just hasn't been conducive to exercise for me. I've had fun just sitting back relaxing. I even fell asleep in the sun on the porch swing today listening to the windchimes. Sooooooooooooooooooo relaxing!

Exercise;  gardening all morning; swimming all afternoon til 6 p.m. with grandsons. B:  1 whey protein pdr + 1/2 c diluted oj + 2 tsp psylium S:  1/2 oz nuts, 1 hb egg  L:  1 pb sandwich S:  tortilla chips at the lake probably 2 svgs over the afternoon + 1 ear grilled corn, plain + 1/2 protein bar Supper:  1 piece chard pie + 1 meatloaf sandwich on rye w/mayo, lettuce, 3 beers

Cool Beans, Sherrie!!!   Let's see... yesterday I ate 1 hamburger patty w/1 egg for two meals..  I used a glump of real mayo and a bit of that low carb ketchup on it both times. I wa****ting on the whipped cream very hard.... <1 g of sugar per serving... but I kept sticking it in my mouth and putting it in my coffee.. I ate a chunk of chicken off of a rotisserie chicken.. it was very dry so I basically had a bite or two and ditched it. There were a couple of slices of salami and provolone in there somewhere too. I've gained 10 lbs in the last few days... very frustrating.... it could be the pain meds doing it to me again, but AMEN I've been staying on my feet and up and down and up and down and up and down the stairs around here. No exercise other than mowing the lawn if that counts, cleaned the upholstery in my car, hit the laundrymat............. Hopefully today I'll send my sister to her room so I can clean the first floor really well... that'll work up a nice sweat.
