I know this can be a hard day for most people. Let's all check in! I'm at 1634..... not shabby. I think I Might be less than that, but I'm not going to nick pick it tonight.  Have a good evening!

B: 1/2c fried potatoes, 1 sausage patty L: 2 fresco crunchy tacos at Taco Bell S: 1oz cheddar cheese, 6 small pcs pepperoni, 19 almond nut-thins crackers, 1tbsp salsa 1 diet root beer Not really in the mood to be hungry today.  Exercise: hmmm...weedeated some of the yard and move yard furniture around. Walked a little out at the lake. Grocery shopping. Other than that, nada.

Hi tbl! Got a ways to go tonight, but so far, kind of not great but have seen worse.

Yardwork all morning = exercise

breakfast:  whey protein + diluted oj + 3 tsp psyllium

S: 1/ piece pizza + 1 c nf milk

L: picnic in the woods w/Sons of Norway. Beef, pasta, beans, bread 2 slices + 1 pat butter + 1 small cake + 1/2 **** cream Pretty full - we ate around 3:30-4:00 Supper tonight if any will be a half sandwich and butternut squash soup.
