Em, if you're reading this, this man used a meal plan designed by a doctor who uses textures & flavors to combat cravings. VERY interesting. I had read his meal suggestions before now, but I never tried it. DH and I use a lot of varying spices and herbs in our meals - that is old news.
but this man, how inspiring. Overall, ate 1200 calories vegetarian since fall 2005. He lost ~300#, from 500+ to about 230ish.
