What? Nobody ate today? lol Well, it is severely late but being accountable means being accountable so here goes: B: handful of dry kashi go lean crunch...I've never tasted this before today. It's really good. It taste like Kellogg's Sugar Smacks btu much much healthier and crunchie like the clusters in Honey Bunches of Oats L: Buffet: 2oz pork, 7pcs shrimp (no breading), 3oz smoked sausage (no skin), 1/2c green beans, 1c salad w/ 2tbsp boiled egg, 1tbsp cheese, drizzle french dressing, 1tbsp broccoli salad S: 2 fresh pineapple spears, handful Kashi D: Wendys before the drive in: cheddar and broccoli baked potato, small chili, 8 saltine crackers S: about 15-20pc twizzler licorice, about 20pc mike and ike...splurge at the drive in Exercise: 1 mile walk with hubby and dd's, Physical Therapy w/ 15 minutes on recumbent stair stepper

I had company last night! Thanks, Beth for getting this on. My day: 1.25 hour wog before work 1 whey protein drink in diluted oj had a hungry morning!   so, at work I had 1 slice ezeke bread w pb + 1 chocolate protein pdr in coffee 1 small protein bar L:  1 svg hi pro soup + 1/2 bag hi pro chips + 1/2 wrap sandwich

1 hi pro tea drink

Supper:  3 beers, 2.5 pieces of pizza + 1 large salad w/italian dresing

1 cup low sugar ice cream with fresh strawberries

Hi,I had a big lunch,breakfast,supper,and dinner! Breakfast=1/4 of Lucky Charms (milk,no marshmellows),glass of milk Lunch=Lasagna (7/4 of a bowl),soup (1/3 of a bowl) Supper=Spaghetti Dinner=Steak
