B: Skipped (Coffee) L: Other 1/2 of my personal pizza from yesterday S: Granola bar D: Skipping (just don't feel like eating today)

I did not have ice cream for dinner last night, even though that's all I wanted.  I did have 3 milano cookies from pepperidge farm for a snack.  I had a little bit of flank steak for dinner with some broccoli rabe.  Maybe I'll have ice cream tonight.  I don't know.  I'm having my TOM at the moment, so all I want is sweets.

B: none L: 3oz grilled chicken breast, 1c chili w. 2tsp shredded cheese D: 1/3c Philly steak and cheese on bun....stea**** w/ sauteed onions and peppers and processed swiss cheese...sooooo yummy! 1c fresh pineapple S: 15 almonds, 1/2 serv chicken lunchmeat, 1pc processed swiss cheese, 1 apple Exercise is nonexistent so far. TOPS weigh in was tonight. I'm down another 2.25 pounds for a total of 46 pounds. I have officially broke into the 50's for BMI. I'm lovin' it!

How's your back???? My day: 1 whey protein drink in 1/2 c blueberry pom juice (100%, diluted with water) 1 svg high pr almond cereal in 1/4 c nf milk L:  leftover stir fry 1.5 cups S:  strawberries in chocolate - 3 or 4 small ones + 1 white peach Supper:  hamburger helper with green salad EDIT:  grilled burger + 1 slice bleu cheese on bun with red onion + 4 onion rings + coleslaw.  Did a 50 minute wog after supper Exercise:  one hour wog tonight after supper - 100+ day here to day. I got up too late after a bad night of sleep.

Hell all! I'm at 1372 for the day and I can't believe how full I feel. I Never thought 1372 could feel full, but some how it does so I'll take it! I hit a all time low  weight wise today, but TOM should start up asap.
