B: Skipped L: 1/2 a personal pizza D: Skipping S: Ice cream I think I just have no motivation to eat "right" right now.  I'd rather eat a little bit of junk food than lots of good food.  I have no motivation.  I need a break.  Grrr... And my ass is killing me!!

I'm at about 1750 I think. I'll correct later if need be. I just feel the rush of PMS coming very soon... craving sweets, moody, blah blah blah...  One thing I know for sure... eating less than 1200 cals yesterday really did me in this morning. I was hungry beyond reason!! I ate so much this morning it HURT like never before and now I feel like crap. Never Never never again. Lesson learned.

Janina... I'm so sorry about your ass... I hope it feels better soon!!! Today I had ground beef w/eggs twice.. a bite of this and a bite of that... just trying to hold my own. Amen.

B: 1pc whole grain toast w/ 1/2c chicken salad, 1/2c cottage cheese, 2 tomato slices S: 2oz colby cheese L: None D: 1pc sausage, 1pc swiss cheese, 1/2c cottage cheese Exercise: 1.12 mile walk, Physical Therapy Anyway, I weighed on my doctor's scale today and it said I was down another 2 pounds. I've really gone off course this week but in the last couple of days have made a new commitment so I'm hoping going from higher calorie days to lower calorie days kicked my body back into weight loss mode. I've been stalled since April 23rd. I've lost inches in that time but I think it's time for weight loss again. Hopefully, the 2 pounds is just the tip of the iceberg. Beth

NEEN! Get as hold of yourself right NOW! You are making great progress. I know, butt hurts...go find a nice boy-o to kiss it for you!  My day:  awesome food -wise 1 high pro hot choco + 1 red pear S:  1 small protein bar L:  1 c raw spinach + 1/2 c raw brocoli  little later:  refried beans + 1 ounce cheese + 1/4 c salsa + 1/2 svg blue tortilla chips Supper: 2 c stir fry:  chicken, bok choy, mushrooms, onion, snap peas, mung sprouts, roasted nuts over 1/2 c brown rice. 1 pkg sugar free shortbreads + 1/2 c nf milk 90 minutes swim class
