B: None
L: 1/4c refried beans and cheese, 1/3c corn and tomatoes, about 20 tortilla chips
S: 1oz mozarella cheese
D: 1/3c chicken salad on 1 pc multi grain toast, 1/2c cottage cheese, 1/2 pear
S: 2oz colby cheese, 10 pcs sour apple hard candy
Finally, looks like a good day. I've really let myself get off track this week and it has just seemed so damned hard to get back on track. I've gotta remember proteins are my firends and carbs are the enemy. The more carbs I eat, the more I eat. Not good.
Exercise: PT...recumbent stepper 15 min. and numerous stretches
2 meals
1st was 3 oz of ground beef with 2 eggs and a tablespoon of 1 carb ketchup
2nd meal was the same but I threw on 2 sliced of provolone and used maybe 2 tablespoons of ketchup...
it's alright for what it was but it was nothing to write home about.... just simple... just trying to see a difference here.
My xl's are starting to get big.. so maybe I've lost some inches, but I wouldn't dare move down into the Larges yet... don't want to get disappointed.

Uhhh it's a strange day.. I'm at 1150 post dinner and I'm not hungry. I even make the PITA trek out to the food store and pulled the cart full of food (mine, not the stores! LOL!) half of the way home. It's a tiring exercise when you actually have to CARRY your own groceries back to your home nearly a mile. Gawd I miss and my car.
Anyways, I know I'm way under today for calories but there is no way I'm going to eat this late at night. Better luck tomorrow?

B: 2 egg patties, 1 sausage pattie, 1 slice canadian bacon, 4 slices pepperoni (lil' ones)
L: 2-3 cups romaine, 1/2 cup fiesta cheese, 8-10 slices pepperoni, 1 pack herb & garlic tuna, ranch dressing
S: 4 slices pepperoni, 2 hot dogs
D: 2-3oz chicken breast with light shake n bake type seasoning, 6 asparagus spears, 1 slice sugar free/low carb raspberry cheesecake. Late dinner.
Boy I was a hungry man today.
