I broke my ****yx (tail bone) so walking is out of the question. I'm in some serious pain. One of the reasons I've been off this site - it hurts like hell to sit upright at a computer.

L: 3oz roast beef, 1/2c gravy, 1/4c mashed taters, 1c stuffing, 1/2c corn
S: 1/2c homemade ice cream cake I spied in the freezer.
D: 1/2c refried bean and cheese, 1/4c corn, 1/4c tomatoes, 12 tortilla chips, 2tsp salsa, 10oz Mt. Dew
S: ummm..little drops of pure pleasure...about 10 pcs rootbeer and sour apple hard candies
Exercise: not much but just might get some in before bed.
Dude! I broke my tailbone one time fell hard on roller skates and could not sit to watch a movie for like three years. Spill! howdja do it???
My fud:
1/4 c blueberries + 1/2 c cottage cheese w/cinnamon + 1/4 c fiber one
1 small protein bar
L: spinach w/ black beans/corn/salsa/avocado/tomatoes
Snack: 1 peach
90 minutes swimming
Supper: 1 c mac & cheese + 1 lg garlic sausage on a small bun w/mustard
3 sugar free cookies
Just reading your post makes my back twinge again. I hurt up to my shoulders...and now looking back over my life, that incident started my back problems. So, be careful, don't rush things. Go get pain meds. It is scary, too, as you try to get better. I would cry I was sooooo scared I was going to be crippled. It hurts scary bad, huh????
Fast forward to today: I have learned how to avoid having recurrances of pain. When you get better, get a book by Dr. Sarno (he was Howard Stern's- shock jock - back doctor) what a brilliant man. He helped me change my mind about back injuries being the end of your life! (((((((Neen))))))))

Went back to Karate. Had a wonderful time! I've missed it so much. Can't wait till the next session!

My internet went out yesterday!! I didn't really realize how much I rely on you guys to keep me going. *hugs* It's a day late but here goes.
I ended the day at 1281. Kinda a low day for me, but after dinner I just didn't want to keep eating for the sake of eating.
