Memorial Day weight loss challenge

Hello everyone, This is the second to last weigh in for our challenge.  How is everyone doing?  I made my goal and am actually hoping to end up losing 55 lbs instead of 45.  We'll see how I go.  My food choices the last couple of days haven't been great, but I'm back on track today and plan to move forward.

HI Melinda!  I will stick with 186 as my last official weigh in. I will be weighed at the end of this month. I know I won't make goal, but i do think that keeping it off was good for me. I am ready to go the next level.  Thank you for doing this for us.

I'm now at 270 (50 lbs down) I'm starting to rethink my concept of lbs lost versus inches.  I'm really changing my focus from weight loss to fitness.  Lbs are not the key indicator.  I realize I had anticipated a consistent 2lb loss, but same thing with my thinking on the challenge, I'm consistently building muscle, so that will be incorporated into my lbs and therefore make weight loss inaccurate.   So I won't  hit that goal, but I am hitting so many others that are more important to me.

I actually GAINED last week (bad week), so not gonna report a # this week.  Doubt if I'm gonna make my goal, but hopefully will have another loss to report by the end of the month!!  Back on track this week.

I'm at 280 lbs officially.  Though the scales are showing another 2 pound loss at the moment. I go to see my nutritionist next week for an official weigh-in. I'll just go with 280 for now. :)             280
