Hi all! Hope you had a great Mother's Day.  I am at 1360 for today. Yay!  I made it 6 days with NO diet coke or soda at all. I stuck to all natural juice or water. I think it's been years since I've done that!! I got in 3-4 days of walking as well. Overall a good improvement. Have a wonderful week everyone!!!

Hi tbl...I had a wonderful restful day with my family.  I did about an hour's worth light housework.   I did plant 48 marigolds, but that was easy cuz the dirt was already primed up. We walked around the fiddler fair, so that was the sum total of exercise today. Breakfast:  1/2 c cottage cheese + 1 small tomato S:  1/2 protein bar L:  1 bbq beef sandwich S:  1 stalk celery + 2 carrots + 3 large radishes Dinner:  roasted turkey breast + wild rice + winter squash + cranberry orange relish

I spose i will have one more slice of lemon cake.

B: 1c scrambled eggs w/ ham and cheese S: 2"x2" rice krispie square and 4oz fruit punch L: 2pc smoked chicken w/ 1tbsp BBQ sauce, 1/2c green beans, 1 baked potato w/ butter, sr crm and cheese, 1 big pc garlic bread, 1 rib S: 24oz strawberry and creme frappacino (1st time at Starbuck's) D: 1 smoked rib, 1 lg pc garlic bread, 1 lg orange S: 1 blow pop, 10 now and laters, 1 tiny tootsie roll pop Had a good day at the mall. I think I did pretty good only spending about $50-60 total w/ 3 teenage girls. Lunch actually cost just as much and the gas cost more.  Cabela's was the best part of the day and the part that my hubby liked most. Why wouldn't he? After all, it is an outfitter store with stuffed animals all over and an awesome aquarium. Exercise: Walked the mall. One loop thru this mall is 1 mile so I probably got 3/4 mile or so in. Enough to make my feet hurt from standing and waiting on the girls to pick and choose.

Be careful with Starbucks-- a venti -size strawberry frappucino has 750 calories and 15 grams of fat in it-- it's kinda like drinking a Big Mac! ;) I never realized how many calories you can cram in a drink---used to love those things!!!

Believe me the Starbuck's was a rare treat, indeed. We don't have any near our hick town so that's a safety net for sure. i had to go to the "Big City" to suck down that calorie overload and we rarely go so that's def a good thing. Thanks for the warning, tho, cuz you never know when Dairy Queen will call my name for a MooLatte....lol. Beth

Been a year and a half since I have drunk soda-- you can do it! B: The most delicious salad ever--- 1 cup lettuce, 3 ounces warmed-up chicken, 1/4 c 2% cheddar, a couple tbsps BacOs, and Walden Farms' calorie free Honey Mustard dressing. A nice big ol' salad-- and it still clocked in at 24g of protein and under 200 calories. Can I get a "Woot?"

S: 1/2 cup kiwi and fresh strawberries with 4 oz vanilla 0+ Yogurt

S: 2 oz Turkey jerky

D: 1/4 pound bacon burger with slice of FF cheddar, ketchup, caramelized onions and baby bella mushrooms, 1/3 cup green beans

S: Individual bag o' popcorn
    1/2 cup cream cheese pudding

I had a bad food day.. I simply pigged out... I started with about 3 oz of ground beef in a pan with 2 eggs and 2 pieces of provolone 2 thin slices of salami a total of 5 meatballs (made with breadcrumbs) throughout the afternoon and night a bite or two of eggplant a bunch of that cheescake dessert thingie (we need a name for this thing)  God only knows how much.. yep.... yep I was an eater BIG time yesterday so I guess I gotta figure out how to get to the store to get the things I can have and start all over again. I don't think the meatballs were that much of a killer, but we're having some sort of killer wind out there and I don't want to run to my car to get my meter.. LOL   We're tying a rope to Joyce and pulling her out to the car for radiation today so she doesn't blow away!  LOL
