Janina is MIA and Bethy didn't start it.. hmm... guess it's my turn!! I ate about 6oz of roast beef slices (from the deli) and about 4 oz of provolone For breakfast I had a leftover chicken breast from a supermarket rotisserie chicken I bought yesterday. I had a couple of spoonfuls of that cheesecake dessert thingie (Shari's recipe) (of course I used half n half and heavy cream along with regular cream cheese) The only exercise was in and out of the car and up and down the stairs and cooking for my sister (the routine)... walking the doggie with a rubber glove, papertowel and a baggie (yeah.. now he KNOWS he is supposed to go on the towel).. lol EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I did bake a double layer chocolate sheet cake today and I'll be chopping my peppers, onion and garlic for a nice pot of sauce tomorrow..  Joycey is craving some eggplant parm.   PS...  I didn't lick my fingers when making the cake.. I WASHED them off!! Craving a lobster tail stuffed with canoli cream but I got two of 'em for my sister, Edie's, husband and lived out my food fantasy vicariously through him!!  LMAO Hope everyone is well!! ok today all bets were off from start to fini****'s just crazy and hoping I didn't blow it too badly. B: 2 powdered donuts L: 1pc pepperoni pizza, 2 pc sausage pizza, 2pc lindt truffles D: hotdog w/ 1/4c chili cheese sauce Snacks: OMG I don't even want to go here but here goes...6 banana chips, 6 pretzels, 2 suckers, 5 now and laters, 2 servings homemade ice cream cake We celebrated Mother's Day and my daughter's 13th birthday today. It was a crazy day when it came to food so I just called it a free day and left it at that.  Beth

boy, not sure i coulda bypassed lobster tail with canoli cream...just doesn't come down the pike much.  You are a brick house! Yesterday:  not bad for me.  I sincerely doubt I lost weight, but what lovely food. Exercise:  5-6 hours of housework, light gardening. It was a day to be with my DH around the place. GS and his parents came over for an hour!

1 egg, pan fried in rice bran oil + 1 small piece all bran muffin bread w/butter

L:  1/2 sandwich soy chicken patty + 1 tsp mayo + tomato + lettuce + 1/4 c cottage cheese + small crisp apple 1 c fresh strawberries

all bran crackers + 1 slice alpine lace cheese

3 stiff gin + diet tonics 4 ounces grilled sterling steak + 1 small baked potato smothered in sauteed onions, mushrooms + large salad w/bleu cheese 1 slice lemon cake w/cream cheese frosting - from Cooking Light Mag. mmmmmmthat thing is going out the door today with DH to the boys at work!

I know this is late but I still want to stay accountable on here! Total was 1360... a very unhealthy day.. pizza... fast food... chips... Boy o boy was I dehydrated the following morning!
