UPDATE! - 14lbs to go!
Aww, well hopefully it'll be under control before you know it. I think that if you keep active and eat healthy, your body will get used to being a certian weight.
I sometimes have a small treat a day, but it has to be under 100 calories...or fresh fruit I love.
I am off to work now so I will check back later!

I should have read more about you before I posted. So, you do allow for cravings and you have changed (I assume) some things you deem as treats. I love that.
It's too simplistic to just ignore cravings, i think. For sure, I do not respond to every little twinge as I am sure Barbara and others who have lost lots of weight do as well. We've talked about hunger pangs - I try to observe them after I have confirmed intellectually I am not truly hungry.
And Kriz, I am not so sure that your treats have slowed you down. If I were you I would try to look at the big picture in your food plan and not lend so much weight to giving in to cravings. What is needed is a different approach to them.
Of course, no one, least of all me is going to defend a butterfinger blizzard as part of a healthy food plan, but let's get real here. All of us have our cravings and preferences to contend with. I would try hard to share a small one weekly or put the rest back in the freezer for another night or two snacking.
And if it is the case that is a trigger food, do stop it altogether for a while until you do have your head on straight.
I'm so behind on everything, Barbara... I've just read this and I'm so impressed! That was a lot of hard work and you certainly deserve those size "8''s.
All I can say is "AMEN SISTA"!!!! What you've accomplished takes a lot of dedication... I can only imagine the mountains you move in all areas of your life!!!!
Be Blessed!!
Lori
Worry not, Lori! I'm about as behind as everyone else...I just recently started posting again...for the first time in a couple of months.
I feel really great, and stuffed right now...dinner was so good, but I filled up on veggies and noodles and some chicken for protein...after having a nutribar, salad with cucumber, spinach and strawberries, and 1 shrimp today, 3 cups of coffee and a breakfast consisting of 1/2 cup of Fibre1, with 1/8cup of milk and 1 packet of Weight Control Oatmeal mixed together.
I have choir now...so I will check back tonight.
Barbara.
