B: 1/2 cup of Fibre1 cereal mixed with 1/8 cup of Soy Milk and 1 packet of Quaker Weight Control Cinnamon flavour Oatmeal...and a cup of Hazelnut coffee with Silk Soy for coffee. 1 medium golden delicious apple. L: 2 Guacamole, spinach and cheese wraps (1 1/2 Tbsp's of guacamole, a few spinach leaves and 1/2 slice of Fat Free Swiss per wrap), with a bowl of spinach salad and 15ml of Balsamic Breeze dressing. 1 Strawberry Chantilly Dessert Yogurt S: 1 medium red delicious apple, 1 weigh****chers snack cake - chocolate.

D: Will be 1 Nutribar Fruit&Fibre bar

S: Will be 1 Tall Skinny Mocha Latte from Starbucks...no foam. I'm going off to Chapters tonight and I usually get peckish at work...I have a 1/2 hour break anyway...so snack now, dinner at 5:30, and latte at 9:30ish.
