New start...
Well, maybe not so much a new start but a renewing of resolve. I have gotten complacent about what I have been eating and the exercise I have been doing and so a stall in my weight loss. I deserve this stall because I have caused it. I recognize that fact and I own it but now I have to do something about it, don't I?
So, today is a renewing. I did my PT exercises this morning with 3 miles on the stationary bike (it's raining out) and I will do more this afternoon and this evening. At lunch, I at ate my protein first and only ate like a third of what was on my plate and boxed the rest up for my hubby's supper at work tonight. Definitely a good start now for the follow thru...

I am in the same spot girl. Think of auntie Em's wise words about the long car drive and 'going sight seeing' . We have been sight seeing but it will take us longer to get there, that's all. We do not have to start over (at the bottom of the mountain) but we do have to get back in our cars and drive on for a while now.
You made an excellent 'drive-on-start' by doing the exercise. Let's go and move up that mountain a bit more, you and me!

It's hard because i think we deep down think that one week of doing all the right things = "just add water, stir" and presto - we are skinny!
