B: loaded burrito minus 2/3 of the tortilla from Hardee's
L: 3 chicken strips, 15 mushrooms minus 1/2 the crust, 1tsp dressing
D: italian chicken panini, serving doritos, 32oz apple juice (sick of water right now)
S: 1/2 cup mud pie mocha starbuck's ice cream...yum-mo!
Exercise: Physical therapy: 15 minutes recumbent stair stepper (about 1200 steps), wall slides, step overs, tip toes, balancing, heat and stim (loooove it!) I didn't get to anything else today.
I actually need a do-over for yesterday. It was not a complete disaster but close enough.
1/2 weight lifter bar thing over the course of the day - am & pm ate the whole bar 270 cals
L: here's where it went bad at a food show: tastes of deep fried various things: onion rings, ch****n strips, literally a bite but about ten bites overall. One whole mini burger, fresh apple slices
Donated blood and my recovery snack was jack cheese + 4 crackers + 4 cookies + tomato juice
then a very late school board mtg - went til 8:30 PM!!!! at home I had leftover chicken noodle soup + 1 ham on rye sandwich + 10 saltines + 1 c nf milk
NO exercise. The board meeting came up at the last minute, so it usurped my swim class. I am out de door to walk before work today. It is time to get back to that - hot after work now anyway!
