Brunch: 1/2 croissant w/ 1/2c egg salad, 1c broccoli cheddar soup, 4 club crackers
Lunch: 1/2 croissant w/ 1/2c egg salad and 4 pickle slices, 1c cheddar broccoli soup
Supper: Lasagna (3"x3")
Snack: 7 strawberries
Exercise: Physical Therapy...18 min recumbent stair stepper, 20 side steps, 30 tip toes, 5 min wall slides, 15 min heat and stim on low back and left knee....felt soooooo good! 3 miles on stationary bike.
My scale was up 3 pounds today. I was a bit upset. I kept off the diet coke and stuck to 1 glass of all natural OJ and then water for the rest of the day. It's post dinner here in the UK and I'm at 1314. I'm so sick of this process. I'd quit, but honestly I am so freakin close to my short term goal that I just can't let myself give up right now. I'm 80% to my first short term goal. I would be a crazy person to give up now... right?

My day: 1 c fresh strawberries 1 - power lifter bar over the course of a few hours ~270 cals/20g whey protein Lunch: 1 c minestrone soup + 1 small cesar salad snack: 1 hi pro drink Supper: 1 c hamburger helper + 1 small salad w/radishes/cukes/onion/italian dressing
45 minute wog before supper.

about 1/4 lb each of roast beast and provolone..
big food day.
Exercise.. FUGGET ABOUT IT! Hip is out again... not as bad as last time. It's gotta be either the stairs or getting in and out of my car so much. I did mulch the yard and mow the lawn 2 days ago... maybe I pushed it. Lord... keep me on my feet!
