I have gained SEVEN POUNDS in the last couple months of screwing off :(  (Thursday will be 2 months from the date we returned from vaca!) However, I am going with my theory that drinking my WATER helps me to stay on track! I had thought this in the past due to the patterns I recognized, but wasn't sure. Yesterday I FOR SURE noticed that I drank almost all my water and it kept me going! I am doing this again today- I alread y feel empowered to continue with my plan! Water seems to make me CLEARER. It makes me FEEL more fit. It makes me feel like I'm DOING something positive! Water... my magic "pill" :)   I already have almost 3 cups in!!!!!

Here's an article about drinking water  Ice Water  - the first bit makes good basic sense... the rest is a bit new aged hippie  Hippie for me personally.

I am not 'sold' on the moon water Moon concept but thought it would give you a smile.   I guess there's no harm in adding a beneficial prayer Prayer to the water is there? Power of positive thinking and so forth?

1. Distill the water to get rid of pesticides, herbicides, and chlorine.

2. Add 1/8 of a teaspoon of natural, unprocessed sea salt to a gallon of water to put hydrogen, a high-electron substance, into it.

3. Let the water sit overnight in the moonlight. As Cousens points out, “It gathers the energy of the earth in the moonlight. And that seems to activate the water. Personally, tha****er sounds salty to me!    Sickened I doubt I have the time or inclination to be bother making moon water! It did make me think that timing self affirmations to when you drink your water could make a good habit.  Do you use self affirmations at all? Mine is: Every day I am getting stronger, slimmer and healthier.

Maybe I could make a 'water affirmation'???? Become a new aged hippie?

LOl, Em!  I am fer shur an old hippie chick, new age old age, just call me a hippie chick. Skip the salt for me, please, but all else cannot hurt a darned thing in my book.   I quite often meditate on our hot tub waters - that my stress is swirling away from me.  Never thought to bless my water. i do think of blessing my food once in a while, and try to at least think on the wide variety of nutrients that each bite will give me.  I use affirmations alla time. I think that our thoughts do become actions. If we talk with hate and self loath, that is what we will attract.  One of my stand by affirmations is I am at a healthy weight and I choose foods that increase my health.  And as for drinking water, I must agree that for me, lots of times when I perceive unusually high hunger, i am either tired or thirsty, so I try to do a reality check on both of those areas!  After that I check for balance in my daily diet - do i need more veggies, or fruits (umm, it never seems to be more bread or crackers).

I hope you figure out what is causing you to mess up.  If you think it's the water DRINK girl!  Lol, I do think it's your magic pill.  Heres to you having a good week!!
