What did you eat today 5/5?
Hi guys
Had my dinner so here it goes: totally back on track today
B: skim milk with porridge raisins and cinnamon
s: apple
L: 1 sandwich with chicken and grilled vegetables and some light cream cheese
s: 2 evergreen crackers
d: noodles with chicken, paprika, onion, pineapple and some cashew nuts in a sauce of pineapple juice, oyster sauce and chilisauce. Lots of garlic too :-) (party tonight with DH LOL)
s: wil prob have a mini fruit yoghurt and perhaps 1 piece of chocolate.
EXERCISE: walking for about an hour with the stroller. half an hour of which with mum so that was too slow to count as real exercise. (she had knee replacement surgery so sloooow is the way to gos till)
EM my cardio at the gym mostly consists of biking, treadclimber and crosstrainer. I added running saturday but can only do interval jogging for 5 minutes still.
