What did you eat today 5/5?

Hi guys

Had my dinner so here it goes: totally back on track today

B: skim milk with porridge raisins and cinnamon

s: apple

L: 1 sandwich with chicken and grilled vegetables and some light cream cheese

s: 2 evergreen crackers

d: noodles with chicken, paprika, onion, pineapple and some cashew nuts in a sauce of pineapple juice, oyster sauce and chilisauce. Lots of garlic too :-) (party tonight with DH LOL)

s: wil prob have a mini fruit yoghurt and perhaps 1 piece of chocolate.

EXERCISE: walking for about an hour with the stroller. half an hour of which with mum so that was too slow to count as real exercise. (she had knee replacement surgery so sloooow is the way to gos till)

EM my cardio at the gym mostly consists of biking, treadclimber and crosstrainer. I added running saturday but can only do interval jogging for 5 minutes still.

brunch: 1/2 flat out bread w/ 1wedge lc cheese and 2 slices turkey...about 105 calories lunch: 2 pita pockets w/ 2tbsp chicken salad, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/8c shredded cheddar, 1/4c lf cottage cheese, 2 HUGE strawberries...about 350-400 cals snack: snickers 240 cal dinner: 1 pita pocket w/ 2tbsp chicken salad, 1/8c shredded cheddar, 1/8c cottage cheese, 1/8c lettuce and 3 strawberries...about 200 cal

Um... really haven't had much of a chance. I had 2 slices of roast beast and 1 slice of provolone. Later on I'll hit the supermarket and get more roast beast and provolone and that's probably what I'll have for dinner.. or.... before bed. Yep.. I did hit the supermarket and ate from about 5:00pm and throughout the night into the morning..LOL   it was like 1/2 lb roast beast and 1/2 lb of provolone. I was a hungry, hungry hippo through the night  weird

Kind of went boobs up at the end here..got waaay too hungry. Not enough fruits, veggies, either. 1 hi pro cappacino L:  1/2 lentil burrito + 1/4 c refried beans 1 sour cream hi pro snacks 1 mini meal bar 1 hi pro ice tea + 1/2 lentil burrito 90 minutes of swim class Supper:  8:30 pm!  too late...too much pork carnitas + 1 large taco shell + 2 tsbp guac + salsa + 1 small chimichanga 1 **** cream + 2 tbsp nuts
