It's post dinner here the in the UK so here goes.... I'm at 1302 for the day. I over did it yesterday (yet did alot of extra walking) so I'm not to worried about being 298 short today. Here's to a great week!

Hi tbl! I've had a busy day doing house/yard work. like from the moment i got up at 6:30.  So, I started out with 1 pb toast + 1/2 c blueberry pom juice L:  4 large shrimp + 1/2 c mashed potaotes, few tbsp rice pilaf + 1 Red Lobster bun S:  1 mini meal bar just now:  1 svg rice crackers + 1/4 c cottage cheese + 4 large stalks celery Supper:  chicken noodle soup from home made stock  - lots of veggies, good chew bread.  Strawberries for dessert.

B: 4pcs bacon, cappacino (16oz) S: 1 cheese stick, 16oz bananas foster cappacino S: 4 mini raisin oatmeal cookie, 1/2 blueberry muffin L: 3oz turkey breast, 1oz baked ham, 1tbsp potato casserole, 2 baby carrots, 1 celery stick, 1tbs veggie dip, 1c melon and grape mix, 2tsp pasta salad, handful chips w/ 1tbsp french onion dip, 1sm pc cake....grandson's communion dinner D: XLG navel orange, 1tbsp mediterranean hummus dip and one thin slice turkey lunch meat on 1/2 wg flat out bread, 1c salsa sun chips S: 1 1/2 wedges lc cheese w/ 20 wheat thins crackers Not a good eating day. Exercise: 1.25 miles walking  It was a BEAUTIFUL day for walking.

B:  oatmeal with blueberries and egg substitute L:  pretty much skipped it, had a couple of testers at Costco's. D:  steak and fries Thank God tomorrows a new week!
