B: 1 nf ns yogurt
L: 1/2 top bun and ham and cheese off a sandwich from Hardee's, 3/4 curly fries, 2/3 can Mt. Dew
D: sm wendy's chili, side salad w/ 1/3 pkg ranch dressing, 4 chicken nuggets w/ 1/2 honey mustard sauce
S: 1/3 wedge LC cheese, 8 wheat crackers, 1/2tsp hummus based dip, 1 very lg orange wedge
Exercise: Walking around places taking pictures of my absolutely beautiful daughter and walking around Wal Mart
I guess several of us had a fun day on Sat.!! LOL! Thanks for reporting in Beth and keeping us accountable!!! I'm not sure how well I did on calories... I know I was over, but I'm not sure how bad. I think I was below 2K. I just had too much fun yesterday to care! kwim? The only thing that is bothering me is that I think I had stuff that was too salty.
Well I had a bad day today all around. Started with waking up to a panic attack (I have anxiety issues). Didn't help none that I had an MRI to go too. Here I've done so well lately on not having any attacks in a few months. Go figure it would spark up today! They said I would ONLY be in to mid drift so I didn't take anything extra but my xanax this morning for my attack to settle me down. Didn't help all the way, but I was alright. I was nervous still about it, but I thought I would tough it up since it was only to be up to my waist. I had to get my nose ring out so I had to do that first since no metal can be in there.
Then in the MRI they put me in all the way up to my chest!! I was having such a hard time. Total panic, I felt like my heart was coming out of my chest. I wanted out of there SOOO bad. (Last MRI I had to be given double the regular does of whatever they gave me to almost knock me out). Going out to the car I almost collapsed in the car because all the anxiety today so my sweet hubby decided I needed ICE CREAM to calm me down (ok maybe not so sweet, this is a total other subject). I couldn't argue, I was a mess. Too busy trying to breathe and SO thirsty! So after that he drove me home, said my nose ring can wait til later to get put back in. I PASSED OUT COLD for two and a half hours. I swear breathing heavy panicking for hours knocks you out once you catch your breath! ha
Then getting my nose ring was just like getting a brand new piercing!! It friggin hurt!! I was sooo upset. Getting it done today hurt worse than getting the original piercing! I probably wouldn't have even gotten put back in if I knew it would hurt that bad. I can't believe the thing almost closed up within seven hours! It was just a bad day all around, stress wise and eating wise!
B: oatmeal with blueberries
L: chinese
S: ice cream (bad, bad, very bad ice cream)
D: bought everyone a pizza, I had a half a salad with of course my favorite...my latte. :) Wasn't low cal dressing, plus croutons. Thought it was better than the pizza.
I'm so glad today's over with.

Holly....sorry you had such a horrible day! I'm prone to anxiety attacks too and there's no way I could do anything except an open MRI (do you have those up there?). Sure hope today is a better day for you.
Hey, girlfriend, you didn't do so badly yesterday with your food....could have been much worse. Hope you enjoyed what you had...don't feel guilty about it....today is a new day. I didn't have a very good day myself, but enjoyed every mouthful. (see below) Although the scale is up today, I know it's mainly fluid from the extra salt and I'll see it off in the next couple of days.
Hope you get some good results from your MRI and they find the problem!!

holly, I hope I never have to do a closed mri...wow, that would be hard. tell ya right now, they would have to club me too! Girl, I feeeel for U
As for the ice cream...yup, in retrospect, it was not a great choice for assuaging anxiety, but hey. These types of choices are what we are all working on, right? As time goes forward, you guys will get better. I'm sure DH felt helpless in general.
I sure hope you find what you need and can get better, my friend.

piece of key lime pie I had made with FF sweetened condensed milk
Didn't even bother counting calories tonight!! Went way overboard and it is now Sunday morning and the scale shows a 4lb gain!! Guess it's back to basics today. I enjoyed every mouthful last night and no guilt involved.

Exercise: I worked very hard yesterday around our house. yaaaawn. Still a wreck! Finished trim painting in room, which took 3 hours up/down on ladders, moving, cussing. planted flowers, washed bedding, put room back together. Hung pictures, vaccumed very thoroughly.
Just as much to do today, too. When my eyes get open and I get off this 'puter, carpet cleaning begins. Then gardening til it dries. Shopping later on to cap off our new paint job in our room - need stuff for decor.
Saturday food:
1 hi pro cappacino + 1 small fiber one muffin
4" corn tortilla + 3tbs shred beef/cilantro/sauce + 1/2 c cottage cheese
at a party in late afternoon: 1 grilled chicken stick (about 2 ounces chicken) + 1 c strawberries + 1 tsp curry dip
1 svg flax chips + salsa + 1/4 c cottage cheese (was really getting hungry at this point!)
Supper: 3 small pices home made pizza with meat + small salad + italian dressing + 1 lite beer
bedtime at 9:00.
