Well, finally have my ticker and the WW scale to balance!!  I was weighing at WW on Saturday mornings and then started my South Beach thing and was weighing in at home (nude) on Monday mornings.  I had my ticker going with the Monday morning weigh in, but have decided now to have everything balance out and just record my WW weight on Saturday mornings.  (TMI, I know...LOL) I really had a pretty good week and have just been keeping track on the DP calorie wise this week....not counting points or anything else.  I have tried to keep my calories between 1500-1800 and think I actually lose more toward the higher range.  Been trying for the most part to watch the carbs but went out to dinner Thursday night and had pasta and veal parmigiana and it didn't seem to hurt too badly (only ate 1/2 portion, but had the remainder Friday night for dinner). After not having counted calories in so long, I'm amazed how much good food you can eat for that amount of calories.  I think I've actually been eating too little....gonna try to keep to the healthy stuff only eat on the higher end of the calorie range this week and see how it affects my weight loss.  Was 266 at WW last week and 263 this morning....I'll take that. I've been trying to be a little more active this week too....bought a pedometer and only walking on the average of 2000 steps/day....pretty sad!  Well, lots of room for improvement there!  Eight lbs to go for my memorial day challenge (gonna make that 5/31 for me).  That's 2lb/week....I can do it!!!!

That is wonderful! It is amazing when you concentrate on eating better higher quality nutrient foods that it is enough - it is what our bodies are crying for.  Before now, we experienced cravings, which actually is a plea for better nutrients.  wtg!!!!
