Where did the last three months go? These are the most productive months in my life journey and looking back now can see so much and it seems so long ago but it was only three months! In the past three months I have met some wonderful people, learned some fascinating things about myself, and started a whole new life. I guess you want to know my weigh in now? Are you sure? OMG .... I weigh 405 pounds today! Yes, OMG yes! I have lost 48 pounds in 12 weeks ... I feel wonderful! Today is here and I am living it!  I have a checkup with my doctor today and I will be struttin' into that office proudly. I can't wait to see his reaction. I am seeing this docter over two years and everything attempted in that time failed until now. I am so proud of myself. It is happy dance time and I have alot to be happy about!
Big hugs! Blessed be and keep losing! ~aingeal~

Strut your stuff girl!  You sound so happy.  You've done very well.  I wish you all the luck on this journey.  Are you going to stay on the program for maintenance?  Keep it up!

Awww, thank you so much! Yes I do plan to use the maintenance phase. I am currently using momentum products with my 5 in 1 weight loss phase. They are good and I like the kick it gives you when you need the energy or to break through a plateau. The start was not easy but now I have to remember to eat. Some of the meals have odd tastes at first but a little creativity and adapting helps. I just love having a momentum cappuccino for breakfast... it tastes like iced coffee. I have the bars mid-afternoon and they satisfy my munchies. Good support and behavior modification I find are key with any plan chosen. I am so much busier now and get out more so I have less time to blog and post but could not do this without you and the wonderful people who share their journeys.  I think I need a special blog time each week. ~ aingeal ~ p.s. awesome quote about food in private and what shows in public. :)

Congratulations on your weight loss. I too am doing Medifast.  I had Gastric Bypass 8 years ago and lost 150 but gained 70 back and so when I went to reach out for the basics of after care so i can get back on track I found Medifast.

I love it.  I'm now a Health Coach for the Medifast products with Take Shape for Life.  I'm hoping to educate my friends and co-workers in which had the surgery at my hospital so that evne before surgery or after surgery MF is a great product wih essentially all the right nutrients that a WLS patient needs.  It helps with portion control, low carb, high protein, etc.

Contact me if you have any questions I would love to hear from you.

Congratulations! You are such an inspiration. Your post is prompting me to check out Medifast again. I tried a few years ago, but the timing wasn't right and I wasn't ready. I'm up for another go at it. I PM'ed you.
