What did you eat today? 05/02
oh hunny, I already made up for two days of no eating and it was goooooood. I feel soooo much better. Thank you, Lord!
Brunch: fried chicken breast (no crust), 2-3oz chicken cacciatore, 1/2c green beans, 1/2c salad w/ shredded cheese, 3 pcs pepperoni, russian dressing, 10pc popcorn shrimp (no crust) LOTS of protein...definitely needed the boost
Dinner: deli sandwich (hamburger bun, 2 slices cheese, 3 slices lunch meat), snack back plain lays chips, 1 nf ns yogurt, 1 little debbie smore
Snack: 1 grape cremesicle, 2 more cremesicles
Exercise: walking at Wally World to finish my daughter's prom shopping, physical therapy (wall slides, steps, tip toes...worked up a sweat overall)
Victories: turned away from delectable Lindt truffles and gave the last LD Smore to my mom so I couldn't eat and believe me I had it hid just for me.

Ok.. the question is.. "what didn't I eat today".. not much..
I ate the better part of a rotisserie chicken from the supermarket and the insides of a piece of stuffed pizza.. (mostly pieces of meat)
Oh.. this morning I ate like 3 slices of salami w/1 slice of provolone...
yea.. this was definitely a big eat day for me..
Next week, when my other sister is here overnight and I've got the overnight off, I'm going to go to the diner and get a good meal... some nice eggs and sausage.. maybe some broccoli on the side.

B: LS oatmeal fresh pineapple 2 turkey bacon S: raw cauliflower LS V8 L: 1 flat out wrap 3 oz. turkey breast FF yogurt S: sliver of chocolate raspberry pie D: leftover manicotti and veal parmigiana from last night's dinner out SF jello with FF whipped cream 1273 calories Going to bed early cause I'm still hungry and don't want to eat with WW weigh in tomorrow morning!

It was meine birthday yesterday! I did not whoop it up too much at all.
1/2 protein bar
1 mango hi pro drink
L: 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole grain + 1 c meatball soup (just about like spagetti sauce!) + diet pepsi
afternoon: apple kuchen thing: raw-ish apples on a buttery crust in vanilla pudding. + 1 blob of lite cool whip
later: 2 mini snickers
after that at home: clam dip + 1 svg pretzels + 2 great white beers
Red Lobster Birthday supper: 1/2 svg tequila shrimp supper (salad, pilaf, garlic mash taters) + 1 tall beer + 2 of those damn cheese biscuits
I got a little full after that supper, and even brought half of it home. Went to bed early - like 9 pm.
NO exercise this day, only a few asanas before work. I felt exhausted, and around home work here is very huge this weekend.
