What did you eat today 5/1?
Hi guys
The first day of May is a Christian holiday here, I guess also over there? We went for a really long walk with the kids in the stroller. Had a good eating day
B: skim milk with porridge and cinnamon and raisins
s: apple and gingerbread
L: (on the go) mutligrain roll with ham and letuce and tomato
s: I made WW chips (sliced potatoes with seasoning in the oven)
d: fajitas , 2 wraps with lots of chicken and veggies in chilisauce, low fat sour cream
s: 3 small pieces of chcolate (22 grams 2,5 points)
Quite OK, ate all my 29 points
EXERCISE: walking with the stroller in good pace for 75 minutes!
Brunch: 1/2 bowl chicken noodle soup, grilled ham and cheese sandwich
Dinner: 2oz susage stuffed pork roast
Snack: grape juice, gatorade, 3 cremesicles....trying to stay hydrated.
I'll edit later for any changes. Still not feeling great so it's anybody's guess how the evening will go.
TOPS weigh in tonight. It should definitely show a loss from all the water whooshing from my body. Ok, well, I went long enough to weight in. 329.5#. Wonder what I will do with that with all the liquid I'm trying to get in. I don't even care about the calorie intake. I just want to feel better...FAST!
Finally, feeling better. I hope it stays but I wish the heck this nasty azz taste in my mouth would go away. Driving me crazy.

B: mushroom omelet
2 turkey bacon
L: 6' Subway club
S: 20 almonds
flat bread with 2 string cheese melted
chocolate almond ice cream cone
LC light cheese wedge
D: (out to eat and paid no attention to calories)
chicken pastina soup
salad with Italian dressing and crumbly blue cheese
veal parmigiana and manicotti (ate 1/2 portion of each)
slice delicious Italian bread and butter
Tried to figure as close as possible on DP and came up with 1917 calories....probably more!
Enjoyed every mouthful and no guilt.
