How awesome! CP sounds great.  I will investigate that locally.

$Let me know how it goes!

I think oatmeal with cinnamon is 'the' breakfast- low GI plus the cinnamon.

To be honest, I look back and think the sweet processed foods played havoc with my blood sugars.  I have a family history of diabetes and my bloods used to drop low (like 3) if I left it too long between meals- I would literally be shaking.  I am sure in the other direction that the high sugars sent me in a spin.  Now that I eat mainly low or natural (eg an apple!) and regularly things seem to have settled.

Glad the scale is moving in the direction you want it to now.

Style presumes that you are a person of interest, that the world is a place of interest, that life is worth making the effort for.
Don't be afraid that your life will end,
be afraid that it will never begin.

Know how to prevent sagging?
Just eat till the wrinkles fill out.
