Where will you be come Xmas?
I'm not really tall. Just 5'6. But my muscle mass is higher than average. While bodyfat calculators have me at about 45% bf, I actually have 35% bf on me, and so the biometrics calculate a healthy weight would be higher for me in general. I apparently blow traditional theories and expectations out of the water.

Oh yes I have though about this long and hard.
I want to be 259,6 pounds or less. Why? Because at that weight (approx 118 kilograms) I will have lost 40 kilograms since last year, but -more importantly- my BMI will be under 40. I will be 'just' obese in stead of morbidly so :-)
Seems to me like a very good goal to get at.
It means I should lose.... let's see...about 25 kilograms in about 30 weeks orso? is doable for sure.
25kg in 30 weeks? You are right, that is VERY doable. Especially if you keep walking that gorgeous bub around in the pram.
Your way of thinking sounds just like my way when I started my own journey. My goals were always very small. I aimed at each 5kg marker- eg 115kg, 110kg... PLUS I measured loss from the highest known weight and would aim to have 'lost 5kg', 'lost 10...20kg'. PLUS I measured BMI like you are talking about- the day I was no longer Morbidly obese was SWEET, then later in the journey I remember laughing as I told my husband "I'm overweight honey!!!!" but I guess compared to MO and Obese overweight was something good. The day I was under 100kg was one of the most memorable goals ever.
You go girl!
How'd you like that article? any help?
