Stationary bike minimum 3 miles Physical Therapy - done. They killed me today. I don't know what they did but I was definitely hurting worse in my back when I left today. Totally sucked. I did do over 1000 steps on the recumbent stepper today in addition to my normal exercises. I wish I had one of these things at home. It's sweet.
