Today was my 11 week weigh-in and I did measurements , too. Today I weigh 409 pounds and have lost 44 pounds and 22 inches to date. My diet plan is Medifast. My support a loving husband and family and all the wonderful people online that struggle with obesity and weight loss who inspire and motivate others to achieve their goals.

These pants I had bought at same time I started my journey. I now can wear stetch jeans again and it helps support the loose skin on legs and calves.I can now stand and walk without a cane or walker. My first photo standing in years.

You must be thrilled. It exciting when we see the scales move down. Step by step, day by day.

What does hubby say? Bet he's thrilled that you are regaining your health.

Style presumes that you are a person of interest, that the world is a place of interest, that life is worth making the effort for.
Don't be afraid that your life will end,
be afraid that it will never begin.

Oh yes I am very excited over my progress, thank you. My husband got me a giant greeting card that says, (front) "Congratulations! If you wanted a smaller card..." (inside) " You should have done something less spectacular!" He also give a strength motivation trivet on a little stand and I put it on my television in my office so I see it daily.

First of all, I can't believe how much smaller you are compared to those big pants you are holding! GO  YOU!!!!! I can't imagine how difficult it was on you to not be able to walk on  your own or put on a normal pair of jeans. You are doing wonderful! Keep it up!!!

Awww, thank you. I thought the pants photo would help show some comparison since I had no before photo standing up... my before photo and monthly photos which are on my Obesity help page ( http://www.obesityhelp.com/member/aingeal ) are all sitting down. The jeans are stretch jeans, like denim knit pants with lyrca. I think some call them denim leggings as they taper with your leg and the fitted style helps too since the skin of my inner thighs and calves is now loose and jiggle when I walk. Most my inch lost is in my thighs so far.

YOU GO GIRL!!! Isn't it a beautiful feeling to see and feel your health improving? Before you know it, you'll not only still be walking but you'll be dancing a little jig with joy! Keep up the super progress and give that hubby  a big squeeze. Remind him how much you  love and appreciate him too. I've got one of my own and I don't know where I would be without all his love and support.

Wow....44lb in 11 weeks is fantastic!!  To be able to stand and walk without your cane or walker must feel like so much freedom to you!  Just think what you can do now that you can walk a little for exercise too. You are doing so great and so happy that you're sharing your success with all of us.  What a cute card your hubby got you....he's a great support system.  Keep up the good work...you're an inspiration for all of us!!
