Hi Guys

Kids are in bed, evening has fallen. And here was my day:

I made 2 out of 3 goals (other topic) Did not get much exercise though. Tomorrow first thing.

B: skim yohgurt with cruesli and cranberries
s: apple
l: 2 multigrain bread slices with red meat spread
s: piece of leftover light cheesecake I made myself (about 130 calories and almost no fat!)
d: big salad! Lettuce, tomato, onion, corn, chicken, mango and low fat dressing and chilisauce

s: probably 2 pieces of chocolate and the last leftover piece of light cheesecake. I will than have the 4 points left to save for tomorrow, as I was striving to do today

Total pts saved this week, for tomorrow: 18 ! Not bad, that should get me through the day allright!
AND first thing in the morning 1 hour cardio.

Neecee LOL
It is called filet americain here, but you would not know what that it. It is a spread for bread made of red lean meat, sort of tartar. I might just put filet americain next time LOL

I'm so not on my game the past 2 days! I guess I need to get a rope and tie the food journal around my neck as a reminder. I'm at 1750 today. blah.  Good news: all water weight that I had gained due to tom is now gone. And on the exact the day I was expecting it! It's taken me 6 months, but I finally understand my body's patterns. it's nice to know what to expect and thus not get all bent out of shape about it.

Your daily eatings sound yummy!

My day:

B porridge with cinammon and skim milk

S one ANZAC* biscuit

(*It was ANZAC day here in Australia- a war memorial day when we traditionally make ANZAC biscuits. ANZAC biscuits have rolled oat, coconut and golden syrup in them- so how could I say no to freshly baked warm biscuit?)

L multigrain roll with lite ham, cottage cheese, tomato relish, lettuce and tomato slices.

S handful (or two..) of dried fruit, mixed nuts and rice crackers

D Morrocan chicken breast grilled with garden salad

S tub yoghurt with museli topping sprinked on it

Workout: nil... feeling tired.  But at least weight is remaining stable.
