What did you eat today? 4/24
Breakfast: Lean Shake Drink
L- 6 inch..turkey breast sub..from subway..and a banana
Snack...had a brownie when i get home from work..and while at work i did eat 2 m and m's
D: Probably chicken spaghetti and a roll
Had a glass of apple juice today
and other then that it has totally been water!! A diet pepsi is sounding so good..
And as long as it doesn't rain..we plan on going and walking again tonight
B: none
L: 3pcs hard salami, 1pc boiled ham, 1pc mozarella, 1 pc american
1/2c cottage cheese
1c lettuce salad w/ 2tsp honey mustard dressing
S: 6 sour cream and chives crackers
D: 1 -1.5c shrimp stir fry
S: 1 grapefruit, 1c strawberry vanilla yogurt
Exercise is standing at NONE right now. This one sucks. Maybe I can still fit some in before bed.

Let me tell you about dutch snacking first. We have fries with some kind of snack they are called: Kroket, frikandel etc
They are deepfried croquets or meatrols or snack filled with nasi goreng, cheese anything deep fried. We buy them at a snackbar or make them at home with our deep frying pan
Today was DH birthday so I did deep frying for all of our guests. I did well myself, having alternative. And I made a cake myself with skim fruityogurt. It is like a VERY slim cheesecake, only 2 pts a piece
B: skim yoghurt with cruesli
s: apple
l: 1 wholeweat breadroll with red meat spread
s: my home made slim cheesecake
d: 1 fried meatroll with onions (6 points yikes)
but in stead of fries: 2 small jacket potatoes with low fat sour cream and chives
s: 2 small pieces of chocolate
I totalled at 31 points today (Can have 29)
BUT:
I also did 65 minutes of cardio workout in the gym and earned 6 active points. So I ended up saving 4 points anyway PROUD
And didn't even feel deprived
Now tomorrow we have a family gathering with indonesian cooking. I am still doubting between just have a fun day and do not count points, or have a diet day. But I'll take Neecee's advice from yesterday. I have been savong points all week for this event (have like 17 saved up by now) so i can splurge a bit
