Daily goal

Anyone want to post one-three things they will do for personal health today?  I will eat one more serving of leafy greens (one for brekky already down the hatch). I will eat 1 or 2 fruit servings today I will not eat dessert tonight.  EDIT:  well, 2 out of 3 ain't bad....chocolate brownies called my name.

put them into a smoothie with mango flavored hi pro drink! Sucked it back for medicinal purposes!

I will ride my stationary bike. I will do my physical therapy exercises one more time today. ACCOMPLISHED I will walk 15 minutes today. ACCOMPLISHED

I will do 30 min of cardio. (done) I will do 30 min of weight training. I will walk to the market near my home and buy some fresh fruit and other healthy snacks to have around the house.  (I am currently out)
