What did you eat today? 4/23
Almost dinner time here. My sum for the day:
B" slim milk with oatmeal, raisins and cinnamon
s: apple
L: pasta salad (leftover pasta, with chicken, pickle, tomateoes, onion and low fat dressing)
s: fresh fruits cut up
d: potatoes, cauliflower with low fat cheese sauce, 2 pieces of red meat (tartar very lean on ww as much as you like for 3 pts)
s: fruit yohurt and probably a WW bar
VERY good day!
Exercise: about 40 minutes of walking with bthe stroller.
Tomorrow is a challenge: DH's birthday. he is off work so I can at least go to the gym. I'll also make a lean cake myself which is 2 points a piece (with fruit yoghurt)
But people are staying for dinner and we usually go out to get french fries and snacks. I'll have to figure something nice out for myself without feeling miserable... TBC
went out for lunch today. Again I'm not totally sure about my exact number. 1300-1400 cals for the day. My sleeping schedule is all messed up so I napped through dinner. Yesterday was an extremely hard day emotionally thus I took it out on my eating. I'm really sad that I went so overboard yesterday, but I'm just moving on the best I can today. I'm also still hanging on to about 3 pounds of ww. Maybe it will fall off by Fri or Sat... I don't know why ww is so slow to fall off of me each month. Oh well...
Hi Catje! Now your out to supper with friends thing is only one area that you will need to develop a different approach - don't get all punky about it...realize it is NOT about the food - it was never about that. It's about being with friends! All parties are in that same catagory. Have a few fries,,,and split a sandwich take half home for later! Not a weight loss day, but not a binge either. My day: kale/protein drink hi pro cappacino drink Lunch: togos asian chicken salad with cabbage/spinach/chicken/few wontons, no bread/diet pepsi 1/2 protein bar 1 hour swimming class (kids had a swim a thon, so had to cut it short) I also did 15 minutes ball crunches + asanas in the morning before work Supper: 1 c chicken chili + 2 small tamales + green onions/jalapeno/salsa over all + 1/2 svg whole grain chips + 2 small brownies EDIT: I just realized I never had fruit either today! as I said I wanted to!
